Beyond 15 minutes of wait time, a new service is automatically charged (85 €, 110 € or 160 € depending on vehicle). A new booking must be made.
Airport / Station wait time

60 to 90 minutes included after landing or train arrival, depending on terminal. Beyond this time, a no-show is automatically triggered and the ride is billed in full. If the customer wishes to continue the service, a new booking is required.
