Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all chauffeur-driven transport services provided by La Ligne Noire. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service Provider

La Ligne Noire — Nabil Kassi, self-employed entrepreneur, Paris, France. Valid VTC (ride-hailing vehicle) professional license. Email: nabilkassi@lalignenoire-conciergerie.com

2. Reservation and Confirmation

All reservations are made by telephone, WhatsApp, or email. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the service provider. A written quote is provided before any service. The price is fixed and final upon confirmation, except in case of substantial change to the itinerary change requested by the client.

Long-distance routes

Rates for long-distance routes (Paris → Geneva, Lyon, Monaco, French Riviera, Brussels, Amsterdam, and other destinations) are subject to a free personalized quote, provided within 1 hour.

6. Delays and Waiting Time

For airport transfers, flight tracking is included. The chauffeur waits free of charge for up to 60 minutes after landing. Beyond this, additional charges may apply according to the conditions agreed at reservation.

7. Liability

La Ligne Noire is insured for passenger transport. The client is responsible for their luggage. La Ligne Noire disclaims all liability for delays caused by external factors (unforeseen traffic, force majeure, airport closures).

8. Payment

Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer, according to the terms agreed at reservation. The price includes applicable VAT under the French auto-entrepreneur status.

9. Applicable Law — Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the competent Court shall be that of Paris.
